Support

As a Church, Trinity Baptist believes that one of our highest callings is to actively engage in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20). To that end we help support a number of missions organizations throughout the world who desire to both spread the good news of God’s Word and to show Christ’s love through acts of service. We also sponsor a number of short-term missions opportunities for adults and youth alike.

Student-Short Term

Students regularly go on domestic and international short term missions trips. Previous trips include Portland, Maine, Lakeshore, Mississippi, Oaxaca, Mexico, and Guadamala City, Guatamala.

Adult- Short Term

Over the past several years Trinity has taken short-term mission teams to an orphanage/mission (operated by Foundation For His Ministry) located in the Baja Peninsula of Mexico. This is an orphanage that takes care of several hundred orphans, and also serves as a base for evangelism throughout the area.

On these missions trips our teams have had the opportunity to:

Participate in local Sunday school programs

Give “Parents” at the orphanage time off by watching the children

Visit and prepare dinners for migrant farmer camps and participate in evangelistic outreach meetings.

Those who went on this trip (like a sign says at the orphanage) will never be the same.

If you are interested in taking a short-terms mission trip, check back here when more details are released.

Family Short Term

Family Short-Term missions give parents and their children the opportunity to share the same mission experience.

In the past two years, family groups have been sent to Morelia, Mexico to a Foundation for His Ministry orphanage as well as to La Limonada in Guatemala.

Check back here for future Family Mission opportunities.
